Preschooler.sg acts as a data intermediary or processor for Partner-submitted content. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates our guidelines, terms, or applicable laws. While we may offer analytics tools to Partners (e.g., number of views, search interest by district), these insights are anonymised and aggregated. We do not share personally identifiable information about Users unless explicit consent has been obtained from the User involved.

Partners acknowledge and agree that any misuse of user data, breach of this Policy, or violation of platform standards may result in account suspension, listing removal, or legal action.

To maintain a respectful, trustworthy, and informative environment for all users, we expect Users and Partners to engage with the Platform in good faith and in alignment with the following guidelines:

Users must:

• Submit reviews, feedback, or comments that are truthful, constructive, and based on their genuine experiences with a listed Partner or service;
• Avoid publishing any content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, false, or otherwise unlawful;

• Not impersonate another person or falsely claim affiliation with a Partner or platform administrator;

• Future paid services may be governed by additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated clearly at the point of purchase or activation.

Preschooler.sg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any paid service or promotional feature without notice.

We use cookies and other tracking technologies to improve functionality, personalise your experience, and analyse user engagement on the Platform. These technologies help us:

• User reviews, comments, and ratings are the opinions of individual users and are not verified for accuracy, authenticity, or truthfulness unless otherwise stated. We do not moderate, edit, or fact-check user-submitted content unless it is reported or flagged for violations;
• The inclusion of a preschool, childcare centre, or service provider on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Preschooler.sg;
• We do not guarantee the suitability, legality, licensing, or availability of any Partner, programme, trial class, or listed service at any given time.

We strongly encourage all Users to perform their own independent due diligence—including directly contacting preschools, verifying regulatory registrations, and visiting premises—before enrolling in any programme, making payment, or entering into any form of contractual agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Preschooler.sg disclaims all liability and responsibility for:

• Losses, damages, reputational harm, or disputes resulting from inaccuracies, outdated listings, or missing information;
• Errors caused by reliance on algorithm-driven rankings or data visualisations;
• Engagements, transactions, or relationships formed between Users and Partners through the Platform, including service quality, contractual breaches, or misconduct;
• Unauthorised use or misuse of the Platform’s content by third parties.

Preschooler.sg may update, remove, or reclassify listings and content at its sole discretion and without notice. We are not obligated to correct or verify Partner-submitted information unless legally required to do so.
